Avocado Toast is one of the food trends of the 2010s that just seems to keep on going. Despite all of the jokes, despite the alleged shame we're all supposed to feel for enjoying it, toasted bread + avocado + something something = tasty. We'd shout that from a hilltop and we're not even millennials.
It just so happens that our Cilantro Lime Hummus (whether fresh or freeze dried) makes for a great something something something, especially when topped with another fine uBu product, Macha Chili Oil. Here's one way to do it:
Avocado Toast with Cilantro Lime Hiker's Hummus
1 slice, sourdough or whole wheat bread
Cilantro Lime Hiker's Hummus, or "Conventional" hummus
Slices of fresh, ripe avocado
Tasty dollop of Macha Chili Oil (or Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Season to taste
