uBu Foods co-founder, Linda, worked on balancing the sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and nutty flavors of her peanut sauce recipe until she felt they were ‘perfect.’ Our customers agree.
This is a 12 oz container, plenty for a large noodle dish with some left over (speaking from experience).

If it needs to be boxed with an ice pack, it's best to keep it local (that's why we're freeze drying!) We're happy to arrange a time for local pickup from our facility in De Pere, Wisconsin ($30 minimum per order). Our 'farmers market' products are also available in many local shops and through food delivery services, check out our Partners page.
